When can I expect my cleaners?Please note that all bookings are approximate. Your cleaner is allocated up to 60 minutes to arrive; this is to ensure that any delays caused by traffic or if a clean runs over are taken into consideration. So, for example, if you have booked a clean for 9am, your cleaning maids will arrive between the hours of 9am-10am.

Why do I need 2 cleaners?Our cleaners always work in pairs, not only to make the job faster but also so that they can engage in a wider range of conversations with our valued customers. It's amazing how having two sets of hands can make a difference in efficiency and create more opportunities for delightful interactions. From sharing cleaning tips to chatting about the latest trends, having a dynamic duo at work ensures that our customers receive top-notch service with a side of enjoyable banter.

How much is it?We have different packages to offer, but to keep it simple, 2 Cleaners for 1 hour is £40.

Can I request additional services?We offer a number of additional services for our customers. These additional services can be booked at the same time as your main house cleaning. This can include: Bin Clean - Indoor bins only - £3 Unload Dishwasher - £4 Pet Food/Drinking Station Cleaning - £3 Fridge Clean/tidy inside - £6 Pots & Pans Tidy - £6 Inside window cleaning - £12.50 Oven and Hob deep clean - £30 (Please note this is not a professional oven cleaning service, we will be using our own cleaning products for this).
